About George

I am a residential designer from Russia with a university degree in industrial and civil engineering. I now live in Sydney, Australia.

Since 2012 I have completed more than 600 custom house designs for families in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, the USA and Australia.

I also teach house design: more than 5,000 students have taken my courses.

I love designing efficient, ergonomic homes where every square metre works.

I draw every plan as a clear concept design that a local builder and engineer can take further to construction drawings. Thousands of houses have been built from my designs, and families already live in them.

The library on this website has 49 ready plan sets in metric units, imperial on request, with renders and source files.
