• Plans are design sets, not permit sets. A local licensed professional must review and adapt them before construction.
• A plan purchase gives a licence for one build. The designer keeps copyright.
• Builder licences are non-exclusive; terms are set in each licence.
• Plans may not be resold or shared as files.
